Refund policy

This is a one-person business. Each order takes time and care, and I can’t manage returns beyond what the law requires. Thank you for understanding — it lets me keep creating and shipping new work.

This means:

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Otherwise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except as required by law.

Under EU consumer protection rules, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Customised or personalised prints (made to your specifications).

  • Framed prints or other made-to-order items.
